Senior Consultant

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of key relationships, grow your market expertise, and become a trusted advisor to senior candidates and hiring managers. As well as being a champion internally for culture, activities, socials and day-to-day impactful recruitment activities.
Principal Consultant
This is where you become a leader in your niche. You’ll take your skills to the next level—delivering exceptional results, running your market like a business, and being seen as an expert both internally and externally. Leading from the front in terms of billing.
Principal Partner
Building on principal, you will also get involved in office and company strategy, roll-outs. Whilst being an individual contributor, your recruitment brain & exceptional skillset is truly valued.
Team Lead
As a Team lead, you’ll lead by example building high-performing teams and driving revenue growth. This is your chance to elevate others while growing your own influence.
Business Manager
At this level, you’ll combine your personal achievements with building a team that delivers consistent results. Shabana Amin
You will be responsible for recruiting both permanent and contract positions across a range of disciplines, primarily within technology, data, product, and infrastructure. These roles typically span from junior to director level.
Our recruitment covers a variety of sectors, including financial services, energy, trading, and commodities. Within the trading space, we’ve successfully placed candidates across the front, middle, and back office, supporting functions such as trading systems, risk, operations, and technology.
In financial services, we have a strong presence within the wealth management sector, working with well-established clients to support their ongoing digital transformation and change programmes.
